祛痹胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

目的 :观察祛痹胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效和副作用。方法 :采用随机对照观察法 ,共观察类风湿性关节炎98例。观察组50例 ,口服祛痹胶囊 ,每次6片 ,每天3次 ;对照组48例 ,口服雷公藤多甙片 ,每次2片 ,每天3次 ,均6周为1个疗程。结果 :2组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0 05)。治疗后2组各症状体征积分及ESR ,RF、CRP转阴率比较无显著性差异(P>0 05)。不良反应发生率观察组为6 0% ,对照组为25 0% ,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0 05)。结论 :祛痹胶囊的有效性与雷公藤多甙片相似 ,但其副作用低于雷公藤多甙片。

Clinical Observation on Curative Effect of Qu Bi Capsule in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

Purpose: To observe both the curative and side effects of Qu Bi capsule in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 98 patients were randomly selected for observation with 50 cases in the observation group given 6 Qu Bi capsules each time and 3 times a day and with 48 cases in the control group given 2 tablets of Tripterygium Wilfordii Polycoside each time and 3 times a day. The treatment course for both groups lasted 6 weeks. Results: There was no great difference in the curative effect for both groups ( P>0.05 ). Also no obviouss difference was indicated in the integral of symptoms and physical sign and the transformation rate of negative reaction of ESR and CRP ( P>0.05 ). The incidence of side effects reached 6.0% in the observation group and 25.0% in the control group with significant difference between them. Conclusions: The same effectiveness can be found in Qu Bi capsule as well as Tripterygium Wilfordii Polycosside but Qu Bi capsule has less side effects.
