| 摘 要： | 目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和抗癌基因nm23-H1蛋白产物与原发性肝癌的关系.方法用LSAB免疫组化法对41例原发性肝癌组织PCNA和nm23-H1蛋白产物进行检测.结果肿瘤组织的分化程度愈低,PCNA表达愈强,Ⅱ级以上的肿瘤表达强度100%.nm23-H1则相反,Ⅰ级66%阳性,Ⅱ级以上为14.6%.结论PCNA的表达强度可作为原发性肝癌的分级指标之一.nm23-H1的表达有助于了解肝癌的生物学行为和判断预后.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and nm23 H 1 in the primary carcinoma of liver.Methods PCNA and nm23 H 1 were detected by inmmunohisto chemical method of labeled strept avid in biotin(LSAB) in 41 primary carcinoma of liver.Results The lower the dividing degree of tumor organization was the stronger PCNA expressed.Above level 2,the expressing degree of tumor was 100%.However,nm23 H 1 was contrast,level one was 66% positive,above level 2 14.6%.Conclusions PCNA's expressing intensity can be regarded as one of the classifying quota of primary carcinoma of liver.The expression of nm23 H 1 is helpful to understand the biology action of liver cancer and the prognosis judgment. |
