吸附精制白喉破伤风二联类毒素加强免疫减量接种的效果观察

为了解吸附精制白喉破伤风Ｍ联类毒素（ＤＴ）减量（０．２ｍｌ）加强免疫后的效果，１９９７年１月和３月，在上默特左旗察素齐镇第七小学，用北京生物制品研究所生产的ＵＴ，给１５４名７岁小学生每人注射０．２ｍｌ。结果无一人发热或发生接种部位红肿等临床反应，检测其中５３份免疫前和后配对的血清，免疫前白喉抗毒素阳性率为８６．７９％，免疫后达１００％；免疫后有％．２３％的儿童抗体滴度有４倍以上增长．同样，检测５０份免疫前后配对的血清，免疫前破伤风抗毒素阳性率为８８．００％，免疫后达１００％；免疫后有９６．００％的儿童抗体滴度有４倍以上增长．这说明减量加强免疫是安全的，近期免疫效果是满意的，但其免疫持久性需进一步观察。

Observation and Analysis of Effectiveness of Revaccinahon Using the Amount-reduced DT Vaccine

Immunization effect was observed in 154 primary school children of 7 years oldwho were revaccinated With an amount-reduced (0.2ml) adsorbent diphtheria-tetanus vaccine(DT) in January and March of 1997.No side effects including fever and swollen in the injectedsite were found and the positive rates for anti-diphtheria toxin in 53 pre-ilnmedzation andpost-immunization paired sera were 86.79% and 100% respeCtively, with a 4-fold, or more,titer increase in 96.23% of the children. Similarly the positive rates for anti-tetanus toxin in50 paired sera were 88% and 100% respectively, the positive rate with a 4-fold titer increasewas found in 96% of the children. The results showed that the injection of 0.2ml amountredueed adsorbent DT is safe and the short period immunization effect is satisfactory, butfllrther, a follow--up observation will be requested to assess the long-term effectiveness.
