产妇自主选择剖宫产原因调查分析

目的 探讨产妇自主选择剖宫产原因，寻求降低因社会因素而致剖宫产的有效对策。方法 选择自主选择剖宫产的l00例初产妇为手术组，同期顺产的l00例初产妇为对照组，自编问卷进行相关原因调查。结果 产妇害怕产痛，担心婴儿安全；丈夫及家属方面，缺乏有关剖宫产并发症的知识；朋友及医生方面，做过剖宫产的朋友对她们造成的负面影响及医生向家属交待病情的倾向性是产妇育目要求剖宫产的主要原因。手术组产妇的年龄、胎儿体重、巨大儿发生率大于顺产组。结论 加强分娩知识健康教育、合理膳食指导(降低巨大胎儿的发生率)，开展镇痛分娩，以减少产妇自主选择剖宫产的发生率。

The Causes for Puerperae Selecting Cesarean Section

Objective To investigate the causes of puerperae selecting cesarean section and to search for the effective measures for decreasing social factors-related cesarean section. Methods A comparative study was performed on 100 primiparae undergoing cesarean section and 100 primiparae with spontaneous labor. Results The causes of puerperae selecting cesarean section included: the puerperae was afraid of pain and worried about the infant safety; the husbands were lack of the knowledge about the complications of cesarean section; the women undergoing cesarean section had the negative response to the puerperae; the doctors' tendentious talking with puerpera relatives. The age, infant body weight and macrosomia rate in the cesarean section group were greater than in the spontaneous labor group. Conclusion Strengthening the healthy education of puerperal knowledge and decreasing the macrosomia rate can decrease the incidence of the puerperae selecting cesarean section.
