正畸治疗中医患关系的特点及应对策略

随着物质生活水平的提高，人们对口腔保健及美观越发重视，口腔正畸患者不断增长，正畸治疗中的医患纠纷也呈现上升势头。本文在对口腔正畸治疗过程中产生的医患关系的特点进行总结和分析的基础上，提出口腔正畸医师必须加强自身水平和修养；重视医患沟通；加强责任心、耐心、爱心的培养；才能获得满意的治疗效果及和谐的医患关系。

The characteristics and the relative strategies concerning doctor - patient relationship during the orthodontic treatment

Owing to the improving living conditions,people paid more and more attention to the oral health care and esthetics, which contributed to the increasing number of patients needing the orthodontic treatment and the rising tendecy of dispute between the doctor and patient during orthodontic treatment. Based on the summarization and analysis regarding the characteristics of the doctor- patient relationship in the course of orthodontic treatment, the study showed that the orthodontist must enhance personal qualities and culture, pay more attention to the communications with the patient,cultivate the sense of responsibility, patience and affection. Thus establishing the satisfactory treatment result and the harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
