| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脑室内肿瘤的CT及MR表现。方法:回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的脑室内肿瘤的CT和MR表现。结果:脑膜瘤是成人侧脑室三角区最常见的肿瘤,表现为高密度、边缘光滑的均一强化的肿块,星型细胞瘤常累及侧脑室额角,室管膜瘤是幼年儿童四脑室内最常见的肿瘤,脉络丛乳头状瘤在儿童主要累及侧脑室三角区,并引起交通性脑积水,成人则多见于第四脑室。结论:脑室内肿瘤影像学表现无特异性,其诊断需结合发病部位、年龄及相关病史。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze CT and MRI features of cerebral ventricular tumors.Methods:The CT and MR I manifestations of 20cases of ventricular tumor were reviewed,all of the cases were proved by surgery and pathology.Re sults:Meningioma was the most commom tumor in the lateral cerebral ventricular trigonal district region in adults.The tumor uni-formly-enhanced with high density and were defined margin;Astrocytoma involved the frontal angle of the lateral cerebral ventricle;Ependymoma was the most common tumor in the fourth ventricle in childhood.Choroidal papilloma mostly in-volved the trigonal region in childhood and caused communicating hydrocephalus,it often involves the fourth cerebral ventricle in adult.Conclusion:The manifestations of cerebral ventricle have no specificities.Diagnosis should consider the site of the le-sion,age and the relative medical history. |
