| 摘 要： | 目的：分析医疗风险性对医生医疗行为的影响及医生医疗行为改变的社会学成因。方法：采用情报调研法,社会调查法,及统计学方法比较、分析、综合、归纳。结果：日益增高的医疗风险对医生的医疗行为产生了较大的影响。结论：医生医疗行为改变的主要表现形式是自卫性医疗,这在我国医生群体中普遍存在,是政府、医疗机构、医生、医院管理者必须关注的社会问题。

| Abstract: | Objective:Analyse the social causes and related problems of defensive medicine.Methods:Adopt in- formation analysis,social investigation and statistical method to compare,Synthesize and induce.Results:The in- creasing medical risks caused many doctors changed their medical behaviors.Conclusions:The main changed medical behavior is defensive medical treatment,so the government,the health administration department,the hos- pital should pay more attentions to defensive medical treatment. |
