青岛空港口岸鼠、蝇类种群分布及季节消长调查

[目的]了解青岛空港口岸鼠类、蝇类的种群分布和季节消长情况,为本口岸鼠类、蝇类防制及国际卫生机场创建提供科学依据.[方法]2003年5月～2004年4月采用笼捕法对鼠密度进行监测;从2004年1月～12月采用笼诱法进行蝇类种群、密度及季节消长的调查.[结果]共捕获鼠类114只,经鉴定隶属1目1科2属.年平均鼠密度为1.3%.以褐家鼠为优势鼠种,占捕鼠总数的49.1%;小家鼠占25.4%;黄胸鼠占25.4%.雌雄性别比为10.97.在调查中共捕获蝇类1268只,分3科8属8种,其中丝光绿蝇为优势种,蝇类活动高峰期为8～10月.[结论]通过本次调查基本摸清了青岛空港口岸的蝇类情况,应在蝇类密度达到高峰前采取措施,控制蝇类密度,防止肠道传染病的发生和流行.青岛空港口岸鼠密度较低,鼠种构成简单.

The Investigation on Fly and Mice Population Distribution and Seasonal Changing at Qingdao Port

ObjectiveTo understand population disulation and seasonal dynamics of rodents and flies in Qingdao airport,and to supply scientific information to control the breeding of rodents and flies.MethodsWe investigated the rodent density by catching the rat with rat-Cage from May 2003 to April 2004. The cage ensnarement method was used to investigate the kinds, densities and eat and flow in season of flies in the area of Qingdao airport during January to December in 2004.Results114 rodents had been captured and belonged to 1 order, 1 species, 2 genera. Annual mean rodent density was 1.3 percent. Rattus norvegicus Berkenhout was of superiority over others with the occupation of 49.1 percent, the proportion of Mus musculus Linnaeus and Rattus flavipectus Milne-Edwards was 25.4 percent respectively. The ratio of female and male rodents was 1 to 0.97. 12682 flies which can be divided into three subjects and eight categories were captured . Lucilia sericata Meigen is the preponderant category .The activity fastigium of flies is August, September and October.Conclusion We find out the background of flies at Qingdao airport on the whole. Effectual measures should be adopted to control its density and prevent the emergence and prevalence of enteric infectious diseases before the arrival of the flies fastigium.There was low rodent density and simply rodent species composing in Qingdao airport.
