精神分裂症患者入院初期自杀风险评估及护理干预

目的评估入院初期精神分裂症患者自杀的风险大小,探讨防自杀护理干预的效果。方法对100例精神分裂症患者于入院初期进行自杀风险调查和评估,并对69例有自杀风险患者,落实防自杀护理干预措施,评估其对降低自杀风险的效果。结果入院初期多数患者存在不同程度的自杀风险:41%有高自杀风险。干预1个月后,高风险病例全部转化为无风险或低风险,低风险病例全部转化为无风险。结论入院初期精神分裂症患者有一定的自杀风险。防自杀护理干预对降低自杀风险有较好的效果。

A STUDY ON THE SUICIDE RISK EVALUATION AND NURSING INTERVENTIONS IN PATIENTS WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA DURING EARLY PERIOD OF HOSPITALIZATION

Objective To evaluate the suicide risk in patients with schizophrenia during early period of hospitalization, and to explore the efficacy of their nursing interventions defending against suicide. Methods Totally 100 inpatients with schizophrenia were investigated and observed about suicide risk during early period of hospitalization. To 69 cases with suicide risk were performed preventing suicide nursing interventions and were evaluated about the efficacy on decreasing suicide risk. Results During early period of hospitalization, most patients had different extent suicide risk and 41% showed high risk. After one month＇ s intervention, suicide risk changed from high to low or from low to no risk in eases with suicide risk. Conclusion There is some extent suicide risk in patients with schizophrenia during early period of hospitalization. Nursing interventions of defending against suicide have efficacy on decreasing suicide risk.
