鲜鬼针草对逆转高血压病左室肥厚及心功能影响的研究

目的 :观察鲜鬼针草对逆转高血压病左室肥厚 (L VH )及心功能的影响。方法 :16 2例随机被分为 2组 ,治疗组 10 2例给予鲜鬼针草 ,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片 ,疗程均为 3个月。结果 :2组血压均明显降低 ,L VDd、IVST、L V PWT及 IVMI显著降低 ,EF、E/ A值明显升高 ,(P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组优于对照组 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :鲜鬼针草降低血压、逆转左室肥厚、改善心功能疗效显著。

Study on Effect of Fresh Bidens bipinnanta L.on Reversal Hypertropy of the Left Ventricle in Hypertension and Cardiac Function

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of fresh Bidens bipinnata L. in the reversal hypertension and left ventricular hepertrophy (LVH) and cardiac function.METHODS:162 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (102 cases) and control group (60 cases). The treatment courses of the two groups were both three months.RESULTS:BP of patients in both two groups were decreased. LVDd, LVST, LVPWT and IVMI were evidently improved. EF and E/A were markedly increased (P<0.05). It shows that the curative effect of treated group is better than that of the control group.CONCLUSION:Fresh Bidens bipinnata L. was effevtive in reduction of LVH with high blood pressure and significant improve mend of cardiac function.
