高压氧治疗外伤性癫痫38例疗效观察

目的观察高压氧(HBO)治疗外伤性癫痫的疗效。方法将77例外伤性癫痫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用常规治疗,而治疗组加用高压氧治疗。结果治疗组的显效率为71.1%,显著高于对照组的33.3%(P<0.01)。治疗组的总有效率为92.1%,也高于对照组的69.2%(P<0.05)。治疗组脑电图恢复正常的比率为47.4%,高于对照组的23.7%(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗外伤性癫痫安全有效。

Curative Effect Observation on Hyperbaric Oxygen Treating 38 Patients with Posttraumatic Seizure

Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of patients with posttraumatic seizure. Methods 77 patients with posttraumatic seizure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were given routine treatment, but treatment group received treatment with hyperbaric oxygen. Results The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (71.1% vs 33.3%, P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (92.1% vs 69.2%,P<0.05).The recovery rate of electroencephalogram in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (47.4% vs 23.7%,P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen is effective and safe in treatment of posttraumatic seizures.
