缬沙坦治疗老年人左心功能不全的疗效评价

目的　评价缬沙坦治疗老年人左心功能不全的疗效及安全性。方法　采用随机单盲法将6 1例老年左心功能不全患者分为2组,其中观察组31例给予缬沙坦治疗,对照组30例以地高辛口服,均连用8周,然后用多普勒超声心动图评定心功能变化并进行对比观察。结果　观察组用药后左心收缩功能指标及舒张功能指标均明显改善(P <0 .0 1) ,对照组仅收缩功能指标改善(P <0 .0 5 )。缬沙坦治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论　缬沙坦是治疗老年左心功能不全的一种有效而安全的药物。

Curative effect evaluation of Valsartan on left ventricular dysfunction in aged people

Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect and safety of Valsarta n on left ventricular dysfunction (LVD) in aged people. Methods 61 old patients with LVD were randomly divided into two groups. 31 patients were in observation group and treated with Valsartan. 30 patients were in control group and treated with Digoxin. Both were treated for eight weeks. Then the cardiac functions were assessed with Doppler echocardiography and compared each other. Results The lef t ventricular systolic and diastolic function were both improved in observation group after treatment (P<0.01). Only the left ventricular systolic function were improved in control group (P<0.05). No serious untoward reaction was found in V alsartan treatment period. Conclusion Vasartan is an effective and safe drug on left ventricular dysfunction in aged people.
