| 摘 要： | 股部软组织丰富，严重损伤时常伴有大量、快速、严重的失血。如何在急救、手术中快速、有效地止血，是临床救治成功的关键。自2000年至2007年采用股动脉暂时阻断的方法，应用于股部严重软组织损伤，效果较好，报告如下。
