| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨全肺灌洗（whole lung lavage，WLL）治疗难治性支气管肺感染的临床价值。方法：13例难治性支气管肺感染患，其中广泛支气管扩张型5例，矽肺伴感染4例，肺泡蛋白沉积症伴感染1例，COPD3例，行全麻下双肺非同期全肺灌洗 抗菌药物浸泡治疗，并随访5月。结果：13例患经WLL治疗后在临床症状、实验室检查、生活质量等方面均有明显改善，治疗效果佳。结论：WLL是治疗难治性支气管肺感染的一种安全、有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective This paper is intended to explore the utility of WLL in the treatment of chronic intractable bronchus pulmonary infection. Methods Thirting patients with chronic intractable bronchus pulmonary infection, including five cases cf bronchiectasis, fore pneumoconiosis with infection, one PAP with infection and three COPD, accepted whole lung lavage, as well as antibacterial soak under general anesthesia.Results All patients acquired significant progress in symptoms, laboratory tests and life quality. Conclusion WLL is a safety and effectual way in the treatment of chronic intractable bronchus pulmonary infection. |
