摘    要:目的:探讨不同磁场对大鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:用邻苯三酚法测定SOD活力,TBA法测定MDA。结果:在30mT磁场中曝磁30分钟,大鼠肝组织中SOD活力显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),大鼠肝组织MDA含量显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:30mT旋磁场对大鼠肝脏组织SOD活力、MDA含量有一定影响。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of rotating magnetic field on the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),the contentsmalon-dialdehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)in the liver and heart tissues of rats.Methods: SOD activity was determined with Trihy-droxy benzene,MDA was determined with TBA(Thih bar bituric Acid).and NO content was determined with Griess method.Results: 30 mins after exposing to 30 mT magnetic field,SOD activity in the liver and heart tissue of rats was obviously higher than that in the control gro...
