| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨后肾腺瘤误诊原因。方法：分析1例后肾腺瘤并复习文献。结果：本病是一种罕见的肾脏良性肿瘤，早期症状和体征均不明显，超声和CT很容易误诊，组织病理学有其独特的结构。结论：临床医技医师应加强对此病的认识．提高对此病的诊断准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of metanephric adenoma(MA).Methods:A case of MA was analyzed and literature was reviewed.Results:MA was one of the rarest benign renal tumors, and the tumors were often discovered incidentally. It was unlikely that MA could be diagnosed correctly based on the CT or ultrasound findings,but MA had unique pathologic features.Conclusions:The clinical importance of correctly diagnosing it should be overemphasized. |
