| 摘 要： | 新生儿危重症评分是20世纪90年代发展起来的评价新生儿的方法,对于估计病情严重程度、预测死亡风险、评价治疗效果、指导危重患儿转运等均有重要意义。现就现有的各种评分方法及其研究进展进行综述,以增进对新生儿危重症评分法的认识及应用。

| Abstract: | Scoring systems for neonatal critical illness as the methods to estimate the severity of illness,to predict the risk of death,to evaluate the effect of the therapy and to guide the transportation of the critically illed neonates,had been developed in 1990s and had yet played an important part on neonatal intensive care.In order to promote the scoring systems to be awared and widely put into use,in this paper,the various existing scoring systems and the research progress about them will be reviewed. |
