Abstract: | Repeated attempts with oral oestrogens and injectable progesteronefailed to induce secretory endometrium in a woman with 17--hydroxylasedeficiency. The insertion of s.c. 17--oestradiol implants dramaticallyimproved the endometrial response and enabled the establishmentof endometrial maturation. A viable pregnancy was achieved afterthe uterine transfer of in-vitro fertilized donated eggs. |
