皮肤老化分子机制及中药防治皮肤老化研究进展

衰老又称老化,皮肤作为人体最大的器官,其老化是人体衰老最直接具体的表现。皮肤衰老是内源性因素和外源性因素共同作用的结果,主要包括自然老化和光老化。两者在临床和组织学上存在明显差异,但具有相似的分子机制。中药具有安全可靠、不良反应小等特点,在防治皮肤老化方面有着积极的作用。本文重点综述了皮肤光老化的分子机制,总结了光老化与自然老化分子机制方面的相似点,并介绍了中药防治皮肤老化的研究进展,为中药预防治疗及延缓皮肤老化乃至整体衰老提供理论支持。

Research progress of molecular mechanism of skin aging and prevention of skin aging with traditional Chinese medicine

Aging is also called senescence, the skin as the largest organ of the human body, its aging is the most direct specific manifestation of human aging. Skin aging is the result of the combined action of endogenous factors and exogenous factors, including chronological aging and photoaging. The two are clinically and histologically different, but they have similar molecular mechanisms. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has the characteristics of safety and small adverse reactions, always plays a positive role in preventing and treating skin aging. This paper mainly introduces the molecular mechanism of photoaging, summarizes the similarities of the molecular mechanism of photoaging and chronological aging, and the research status of preventing skin aging with TCM was also summarized. It provides theoretical support for TCM to prevent skin aging and even overall aging.
