部分呼出气一氧化氮测定在儿童哮喘管理中的应用研究进展

支气管哮喘是一种以慢性气道炎症和气道高反应性为特征的异质性疾病，是儿童期最常见的慢性气道疾病。长期以来对于哮喘的早期诊断和治疗一直有所不足，部分呼出气一氧化氮（Fractional exhaled nitric oxide，FeNO）作为反映气道炎症的标志物，在预测哮喘的风险、诊断哮喘、监测哮喘的嗜酸性炎症水平、预测哮喘的加重恶化、监测患者治疗反应等方面均有重要价值。本文就近年来呼出气一氧化氮在儿童哮喘管理中的应用的研究情况作一综述。

Advances in the application of fractional exhaled nitric oxide in the management of childhood asthma

Bronchial asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic airway inflammation and airway hyperreactivity. It is the most common chronic airway disease in childhood.The early diagnosis and treatment of asthma has been insufficient for a long time.Fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) , as a marker of reflecting airway inflammation ,has important value in predicting the risk of asthma, asthma diagnosis, monitoring the eosinophilic inflammation level of asthma, predicting the deterioration of the asthma, monitoring patient response to treatment and so on.The paper will summary the application of exhaled nitric oxide in children asthma management in recent years.
