阴道镜检查诊断非典型鳞状细胞患者病理结果分析

目的分析对液基薄层细胞学检查为ASCUS的人群实施阴道镜检查的临床价值和实用性。方法对223例ASCUS妇女进行阴道镜检查及活检。结果在223例患者中,阴道镜诊断正常范围142例,LSIL52例,HSIL29例;病理组织学诊断为正常范围147例,CINⅠ46例,CINⅡ13例,CINⅢ15例,浸润癌2例;阴道镜与病理学符合率比较,二者总符合率达86.9%。结论细胞学报告为ASCUS时,病理结果相差较大,阴道镜检查及镜下活检对ASCUS有重要意义,可大大提高宫颈病变的检出率。

Pathological results analysis for patients diagnosed with ascus through colposcopy

Objective ] Analyze the clinical value and practicality of colposcopy for the crowd whose inspection results of liquid-based cytology are ASCUS. Methods ] Colposcopy and biopsy have been done for 223 female patients diagnosed with ASCUS. Resluts ] In 223 patients, there are 142 cases in the normal range of colposcopy, 52 cases belonging to LSIL, 29 cases belonging to HSIL; there are 147 cases in the normal range of histopathological diagnosis, 46 cases belonging to CIN I , 13 cases belonging to CIN II , 15 cases belonging to CIN IH , 2 cases belonging to invasive carcinoma; The total coincidence rate between colposcopy and pathology is 86.9%. Conclusions ] There is a huge difference between the results of pathology when cytology report is ASCUS.Therefore, the colposcopy machine endoscopic biopsy for ASCUS is important, which can improve the detection rate of cervical lesions.
