| Abstract: | Recent studies suggest that Wnt5a is closely correlated with tumor genesis and progression. According to different cell types, Wnt5a may be a tumor stimulator or suppressor. Wnt5a signaling cascades are complex and intricate,and modulated by multiple regulatory factors. |
