| 摘 要： | 0.12N HCl酸解后,再经甲基绿一派洛宁染色可以区别增殖型细胞和分亿型细胞,前者细胞核为绿色,后者紫红色,此法不须特殊仪器设备,试剂易得,是一个可为基层单位应用的组织化学方法。

| Abstract: | A method to distinguish the proliferating and differenting cells is introduced.After acid denature, the nuclei of proliferating ceils stained by Methyl Green, otherwise the nuclei of differenting cells are pyroninphilic.The adventage of the method is simple and not expensive. |
