中山市献血者HIV初筛与确证结果分析

目的了解中山市无偿献血者人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染发展趋势,为提高实验室的检测水平提供依据。方法对2006年1月～2012年10月采集的本市无偿献血者血液标本采用ELISA试剂进行筛查,反应性标本用免疫印迹(WB)法进行确证。结果 294 988例标本中,初筛阳性338例,WB阳性41例,符合率为12.1%。进口和国产试剂确证阳性符合率分别为18.2%和44.4%。确证标本中,S/CO值均≥5.98;两种试剂均有反应性且S/CO值>10.0的标本确证阳性符合率为100%;gp160、gp120、p24出现频率100%。结论中山献血者感染趋势呈波形变化。双家阳性标本S/CO值越高确证试验阳性符合率越高。

SCREENING TEST AND WESTERN BLOT TEST FOR HIV IN BLOOD DONORS IN ZHONGSHAN

Objective To understand the human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） infection trend in unpaid blood donors in Zhongshan and offer an accordance for improving the examination level of laboratory. Methods Using ELISA reagent to inspect samples which submit to unpaid blood donors in Zhongshan from Jan. 2006 to Oct. 2012, then to confirm the suspicious by the method of Western blot （WB）. Results Screened positive samples were 338 in 294988 samples. The confirmed positive coincidence rate was 12.1% （41/338）. The confirmed positive coincidence rate of import reagent and domestic reagent were 18.2% and 44.4%. S/CO value of the sample confirmed as positive was more than 5.98. The simultaneously positive results of S/CO value being more than 10.0 by the both two rea- gents kits completely conform to the positive results by the WB confirmatory tests. Frequency of occurrence whit gpl60 gp120 p24 was 100%. Conclusion The trend of Zhangshan blood donors Infection present waveform change. To the simultaneously positive results by the both two reagents, higher values of S/CO the confirmed positive coinci- dence rate is high.
