| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院口服降糖药的应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量分析方法,对我院2009～2011年口服降糖药的药品名称、数量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等指标进行统计分析。结果本院口服降糖药用药金额及用药频度逐年增长,噻唑烷二酮类的用药金额及DDDs均居首位;噻唑烷二酮类、双胍类及磺酰脲类作为我院口服降糖药的一线药物。结论本院口服降糖药的使用基本合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the situation and development trends of our hospital oral hypoglycemic drugs application, and provide a reference for the clinical use of drugs. Methods To count and analyze the variety, the number of drugs, the amount of medication, defined daily doses （ DDDs）, the average daily cost （DDC） and other indicators of our hospital oral hypoglycemic drugs by the defined daily dose method from 2009 to 2011. Results The sales amount and defined daily doses of oral hypertensive drugs increased year by year , and thiazolidine diones ac- counted for first. Thiazolidine diones, biguanides and sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents were as first - line drugs.Conclusion The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was basically rational. |
