麻醉仪器物表污染状况和便卸式二氧化氯消毒搽的消毒效果研究

摘    要:目的调查层流手术室麻醉设备物表微生物污染状况,研究便卸式二氧化氯刷的快速消毒效果。方法随机选择麻醉机,监护仪,输液恒速泵等物表进行微生物学检测,用浓度为300ml/L的二氧化氯CLO2海绵刷搽试.于消毒前后30分钟取样,取样例数合计100次。用物表血平板培养基压印取样,标本37℃恒温培养48小时。计算平均菌落数,用efu/cm^2表示。取样面积和判断标准参照国家标准GBl5982-1995:cfu/cm^2〉5.0个为菌落数超标。部分菌落行革兰氏染色和鉴定。SAS系统Wileoxon Two-Sample Test秩和检验。结果①在消毒前所检测范围内cfu/cm^2〉5.0共19例占38%,合并真菌生长共18例占36%。消毒前后茵落数均值分别为:9.29efu/cm^2和0.033efu/cm^2,P〈0.001。灭菌率99.6%。②细菌鉴定及涂片见:饱曼不动杆菌,阴沟杆菌,隐球真菌,霉菌菌丝和溶血性葡萄球菌等条件致病菌,大部分为G+葡萄球菌。结论层流手术室低净化区域的麻醉设备仪器物表存在各种微生物污染隐患,应倡导即时清洁,即时消毒措施。便卸式二氧化氯刷可随时快速消毒灭菌,效果显著。

STUDY ON POLLUTION FROM ANESTHESIA INSTRUMENTS AND DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF PORTABLE TYPE CHLORINE DIOXIDE BRUSH

Abstract:Objective Investigation of anesthesia equipment surface in laminar flow operating room of micro- bial contamination, study disinfection effect of portable type chlorine dioxide brush. Methods To randomize Choose the anesthesia machines, monitors, constant speed infusion pump for microbiological detection. With 300 ml/L con- centrations of chlorine dioxide CLO2 sponge brush application test. Sampling in 30 minutes before and after disinfec- tion, sample cases were 100. Pressured in object table blood AGAR medium for samples, specimens were cultivated in 37℃ for 48 hours. Calculate the average number of bacterial colonies, represented by cfu/cm^2. Sampling area and determine criterion were refered to the national standard GB 15982 - 1995 :cfu/cm^2 〉 5. is over criterion. Part of the colony Gram staining was used for identification. Rank and Wilcoxon Two - Sample Test test the SAS System. Results ① In the detection range, CfiL/cm^2 〉5 is 19 cases, occupancy 38%. combined with fungal growth a total of 18 ca- ses, occupancy 36%. The value of bacterial Colony before and after disinfection are 9. 29 cfu/cm^2 and 0. 33 cfu/cm^2 (p 〈 0. 001 ), Sterilization rates 99. 6%. ② Bacterial identification and smear test: Baumanii, enterobacter cloacae, hidden ball fungi, fungal hyphae and conditions such as hemolytic Staphylococcus pathogenic bacteria, most of Staph- ylococcus G +. Conclusion The surfaces of anesthesia equipments in the low purifying region of Laminar flow of the operating room have all kinds of risks from microbial contamination, should clean and disinfect immediately. Use of portable type chlorine dioxide Brush can be used for disinfection and sterilization quickly and efficiently at any time, the effect is remarkable.
