连续行为干预对女性性服务者接受预防艾滋病的效果分析

目的：探讨分析连续行为干预对女性性服务者接受预防艾滋病的效果。方法：从2009年1月～2011年12月,采用分层抽样和随机数法相结合方式选取我市娱乐场所女性性服务者实施连续行为干预,分析其掌握艾滋病预防相关知识和行为的结果分析。结果：干预后女性性服务者艾滋病相关知识知晓率均显著高于干预前,并且中、低档场所的女性性服务者干预后安全套使用率均明显高于干预前,总体比较干预后安全套使用率显著高于干预前,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。月收入越高者在性行为中使用安全套的频率越高（OR=1.623）;安全套观点总分越高、安全套使用的自我效能总分较高的人员使用安全套的频率越高。结论：连续行为干预可以帮助女性性服务者掌握艾滋病预防相关知识和行为,减少高危行为的发生,应该继续在娱乐场所推广实施。

How continuous behavior intervention with female sex workers helps to develop AIDS prevention

Objectives：To investigate the effect of continuous behavioral intervention with female sex workers and how it helps to develop AIDS prevention.Methods：From January 2009 to December 2011,by using both stratified sampling and random number sampling,the research group selected a group of female sex workers in local entertainment venues and gave them continuous behavioral intervention.The relationship between sex workers’ knowledge about AIDS and their behaviors were analyzed afterwards.Results：After the intervention,HIV / AIDS related knowledge of female sex workers are increased prominently.In low-end venues,the usage rate of condom is significantly higher than that before intervention.Compared with before intervention,the overall usage rate of condom is significantly higher after intervention with statistically significant differences（P＆lt;0.05）.Meanwhile,sex workers with a higher monthly income use condom more frequently（OR=1.623） and give condom a more positive evaluation.Conclusion：Continuous behavior intervention can help female sex workers to acquire more related knowledge and behavior about AIDS prevention,reduce high-risk behaviors and should be promoted in entertainment venues.
