中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合方法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎复发型病人的临床疗效。方法：将86例慢性溃疡性结肠炎病人分为治疗组和对照组，前者44例中医辨证为脾虚湿蕴证和脾虚瘀热证，给予中西医结合治疗；对照组42例单纯给予西药治疗。观察两者临床疗效和肠镜检查情况。结果：两组的临床疗效的总有效率分别为93％和76％，肠镜检查治疗组的肠黏膜充血水肿改善比对照组明显，统计学上有显著性差异。结论：规范的西医治疗配合中医药辨证用药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎复发型病人可收到较好的临床疗效。

Effects of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis of Chronic Relapse Type of Pathogenic Mode

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of intergrated traditional and western medicine in treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis of chronic relapse type of pathogenic mode.Methods:86 cases with ulcerative colitis were selected and divided into two groups(the treated group and the control group).44 cases of treated group were divided into Asthenia of Spleen with dampness syndrome and Asthenia of Spleen with Stasis and heat syndrome,which treated with intergrated traditional and western medicine;42 cases of the control group were treated with western medicine.The effect and the pathologic results were observed.Results:The total therapeutic effective rate in two groups were 93 percents and 76 percents.The edema and hyperemia in rectum of the treated group was significantly decreased compared the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intergrated traditional and western medicine can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect on treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis of chronic relapse type of pathogenic mode.
