| 摘 要： | 【目的】观察生脉注射液对冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。【方法】将 72例冠心病患者分为生脉治疗组和常规治疗组。生脉治疗组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注生脉注射液 4w ,治疗前后测血糖、胰岛素和血脂。【结果】生脉治疗组治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。【结论】生脉注射液可改善胰岛素抵抗 ,对防止有胰岛素抵抗因素在内的疾病有很大的临床意义。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of sheng mai injection(SMI) on insulin resistance in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).72 CHD cases were randomly divided into the SMI on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of blood glucose,plasma insulin and blood lipid were measured before and after treatment.After SMI treatment,insulin sensitivity index lowered( P <0 01).There was significant difference compared with control group after treatment( P <0 01).Conclusion]SMI can improve the insulin resistance in the patients with CHD and bears great clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of the diseases involved with insulin resistance. |
