暴发性肝衰竭40例应用无肝素锁静脉留置针临床观察

目的:探讨暴发性肝衰竭患者使用无肝素锁静脉留置针的并发症、保留时间以及操作安全性.方法:将80例暴发性肝衰竭患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组用无肝素锁静脉留置针,对照组用静脉留置针及肝素封管.结果:两组穿刺局部感染例次比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05);实验组发生局部出血率较对照组低,静脉留置针保留时间更长,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:暴发性肝衰竭患者使用无肝素锁静脉留置针优于用静脉留置针及肝素封管方法.

Clinical Observation on application of intravenous indwelling needle without heparin lock in 40 cases of fulminant hepatic falure

Objective:To discuss the complications,indwelling time and safety of application of intravenous indwelling needle without heparin lock in the cases of fulminant hepatic failure.Methods:Eighty patients with fulminant hepatic failure were randomly divided into experiment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in experiment group were applied intravenous indwelling needle without heparin lock and the patients in control group were given routine intravenous indwelling needle and sealing tube with heparin.Results:The significant difference was not found in the comparison of local punctured infection between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in the comparison of local hemorrhage and indwelling time(P<0.05)because of lower rate of local hemorrhage and longer indwelling time in experiment group.Conclusion:Intravenous indwelling needle without heparin lock is superior to routine intravenous indwelling needle and sealing tube with heparin.
