摘    要:目的:测定川渝地方用金银花品种中绿原酸的含量,评价其内在质量。方法:分光光度法。结果:测定了川渝5种1变种共15个金银花样品中绿原酸的含量。结论:所测样品中栽培有一定规模的品种中绿原酸含量除峨眉忍冬外均高于野生者中同种忍冬,不同产地花蕾样品的绿原酸含量差异很大,等于甚至大于不同品种间的差异。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the content of chlorogenlc acid in Flos Lonicerae (Jinyinhua) in Sichuan province and Chongqing city for evaluating the quality of them. Methods: The spectrophotometry analysis was used to determine chlorogenic acid directly. Results:The content of chlorogenlc acid of 15 samples from 5 species and 1 variety of Jinyinhua has been determined. The content in the cultivated varieties is much higher than that in the uncultivated varieties except the content in the uncultivated variety of Lonicera similis Hemsl. var. omeiensis Hsu et H. J. Wang. Conclusion:The difference of the content in the samples which are the same species but don't come from the same space is very big, which is equal to, even bigger than the difference between the different species.
