摘    要:目的:探讨健康干预对小学生行为问题的转变、认识和态度的影响。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,随机抽取1所学校为实验干预组,另1所为对照组。对实验干预组的研究对象进行行为问题知识系列讲座和健康干预1年;采用Rutter行为问题量表和自行设计行为问题知识调查表测评。结果:实验干预前后,实验组和对照组学生行为问题的检出率差异无显性,但实验干预组和对照组学生对行为问题的认识态度和知晓率及处理行为问题的方式差异有显性。结论:小学生行为问题的矫正是长期系统的工作;健康干预能够提高小学生对行为问题的正确认识,使孩子有能力改进处理自己的健康问题。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of health interventions on cognition, attitude of pupils towards behavior disorders, the change in their behavior disorders. Methods Using cluster sampling method, two schools were assigned randomly either as intervention school or as control school, a series of lectures about behavior disorders were given and health interventions were implemented in the intervention school for one year. With Butter's Behavior Disorders Assessment Scale and a self-designed questionnaire, the efficacy was evaluated. Results The rate of behavior disorders did not differ significantly before and after intervention; however, attitude towards behavior disorders, the rate of understanding and the ways of dealing with behavior disorders displayed significant differences between pupils in the intervention school and in the control school. Conclusions Modification of behavior disorders of pupils is a long-term systemic work, health interventions could improve their ability in understanding and dealing with their behavior disorders.
