多囊卵巢综合征患者血清瘦素胰岛素水平的临床研究

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清瘦素水平的改变及其在PCOS发病中可能的作用机制。方法测定36例PCOS患者和26例对照组的血清瘦素、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平并计算体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果PCOS组血清瘦素及空腹胰岛素水平高于对照组,ISI低于对照组。PCOS患者血清瘦素水平与体重指数、空腹胰岛素水平呈正相关,与ISI呈负相关。结论PCOS患者存在血清瘦素水平异常,瘦素通过对胰岛素的调节作用在PCOS的发病中起一定作用。

Clinical study on serum leptin and insulin levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To investigate leptin level and its role in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Thirty-six patients with PCOS and twenty-six control women were included in the study.In all patients,serum concentration of leptin,fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin,FSH and LH were measured in a basal sample.Body mass index(BMI) and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were calculated.Results Serum leptin and insulin levels in PCOS were significantly higher than those in control group,ISI were significantly lower than that in control group.Serum leptin was positively correlated with BMI and insulin,negatively correlated with ISI.Conclusion The leptin concentration is abnormal in PCOS women.Leptin plays a crucial role in pathogenesis of PCOS by modulating insulin.
