| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用快速免疫消浊比浊法测定52例肺癌患者血清CRP水平,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果肺癌患者血清CRP水平明显增高(P<0.05),并与疾病的临床分期有关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论血清CRP水平有助于肺癌患者的诊断与病情的判断。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of serum Creactive protein(CRP)levels in patients with lung cancer,and to study its clinical significance.Methods Levels of serum CRP were detected by turbidimetric immunoassay in 52 cases of lung cancer,20 healthy men.Results Serum CRP levels in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher(P<0.01),and related to staging of the disease lesion(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Higher levels of serum CRP may be helpful for the diagnosis of lung cancer and for predicting tumor stage. |
