| 摘 要： | 笔者探讨了卫生技术评估在医院管理应用中的作用与价值。分析了卫生技术评估与医院医疗技术管理、与医院药品管理、与医疗设备器械管理的关系。进而总结出卫生技术评估能够提高医院临床医疗实践水平，在医院管理中有着重要的作用和价值的结论。

| Abstract: | This text studied the role and value of health technology assessment (HTA)as it is applied to hospital management. Analyzed the HTA to take the gauge of the management of medical technology in hospitals, with the relation that the management of drug policies of the hospital, the medical equipment and the renewal of large-scale facilities in medical institutions. HTA affects the clinical medical treatment fulfillment of the hospital,HTA plays a key role and is of great value in hospital management. |
