全裂叶阿魏的生药学研究

摘    要:目的对新疆地产野生全裂叶阿魏Ferula dissecta(Ledeb.)Ledeb进行生药学研究。方法采用性状、显微及紫外吸收光谱法为该药进行初步鉴定研究。结果全裂叶阿魏根、叶柄、苞片及叶横切面存在大量树脂道;根粉末中有散在草酸钙簇晶,叶粉末中有短扁圆形的非腺毛。结论研究结果可为全裂叶阿魏的生药学鉴定和资源开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish pharmacognositical methods on the whole plant of Ferula dissecta(Ledeb.) Ledeb.MethodsThe plant was identified by methods of morphological and microscopic identification and UV spectrum of the herb was studied.ResultsIn Ferula dissecta(Ledeb.)
