| 摘 要： | 目的：研究止痛散中总挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法：用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取挥发油，以挥发油总量得率为工艺评价指标，采用正交试验设计，对加水量、浸泡时间、蒸馏时间进行探讨研究。结果：挥发油的最佳提取工艺为A：B3C3，即加5倍量水，浸泡2小时，蒸馏5小时。结论：该提取工艺可行、效率高，平均得挥发油率为0．63％，RSD％为0．01。
