小半夏加茯苓颗粒对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤及免疫调节作用的研究

目的研究小半夏加茯苓颗粒对小鼠S180、H22实体瘤的抑制作用以及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法建立S180、H22荷瘤小鼠模型,观察小半夏加茯苓颗粒的抑瘤作用,并检测各组小鼠的脾T淋巴细胞亚群的分布、CoA诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖活性以及血清中TNF-α的含量。结果小半夏加茯苓颗粒对S180和H22荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤均具有明显抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为11.5%和9.3%;同时小半夏加茯苓颗粒可明显上调荷瘤小鼠CD4+、CD8+T细胞数量(P<0.01)及CD4+/CD8+比值(P<0.05);小半夏加茯苓颗粒可明显增强CoA诱导的荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖能力(P<0.01)以及血清中TNF-α的含量(P<0.05)。结论小半夏加茯苓颗粒可增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,抑制模型鼠肿瘤的生长。

Tumor Inhibiting and Immunoregulation Effects of Xiaobanxia Plus Fuling Granules on Cancer-bearing Mice

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Xiaobanxia plus Fuling granules on the growth of tumor and immunological function in tumor-bearing mice.MethodsS180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice were applied to observe the tumor inhibiting effects.T cell subsets,lymphocyte proliferation of mouse spleen stimulated by ConA and the level of TNF-α in serum were detected.ResultsXiaobanxia plus Fuling granules could obviously inhibit the growth of S180 and H22 cancer in mice,and the tumor inhibition rates were 11.5% and 9.3% respectively.It could also up-regulate the number of CD4+、CD8+T cells(P<0.01)and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ markedly(P<0.01) enhance lymphocyte proliferation of mouse spleen induced by ConA(P<0.01) and the level of TNF-α in serum as compared to mouse model group(P<0.05).ConclusionXiaobanxia plus fuling granules can enhance the immunological function of tumor-bearing mice and inhibit the growth of tumor.
