摘    要:目的:建立蓝菊抗病毒口服液中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Acclaiml20C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(26:23:1);柱温:25℃;检测波长为334nm;流速为1.0mL·min^-1。结果:蒙花苷在O.025—0.25μg之间线性关系良好,R^2=0.9999,平均加样回收率为102.41%(RSD=1.5%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of linarin in Lanju Kangbingdu oralliquid by HPLC. Methods: The content of adenosine was determined by HPLC and the chromatographic conditions were: Acclaim 120 C18 column (4. 6mm ×250mm, 5μm) ; the mobile phase consisting of methanol - water - glacial acetic acid slution (26: 23:1 ) ; column tem- perature at 25℃ ; detection wavelength being 334nm; flow rate 1.0 mL · min^-1 ; Results: A good linearity of linarin was in the range of O. 025 μg - 0. 25μg ( R^2 =0. 9999) ; The average recovery rate was 102. 41%, RSD = 1.5 %. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Lanju Kangbingdu oraUiquid.
