摘    要:目的对贵州忍冬叶中绿原酸的提取工艺进行了优化,同时比较不同生长时期忍冬花、叶、茎中绿原酸的含量。方法采用超声波法提取绿原酸,并通过正交法确定其最佳提取参数。结果最佳提取参数为:70%乙醇,料液比为1∶15,样品预浸24 h和提取时间10 min。在此条件下对忍冬花、叶、茎中的绿原酸分别进行提取测定,得到忍冬叶中绿原酸的含量高于花中的含量,且越冬老叶中为最高,茎中含量极少。结论该正交实验法所得条件,能对绿原酸进行高效地提取,稳定性好;初步认为贵州地区忍冬叶具有较高的开发利用价值。
