| 摘 要： | 针对功效--中药药性组合的关联性问题,采用单味药作为研究载体,在明确单味药所发挥功效的基础上,通过整理2005年版<中华人民共和国药典>中关于单味药药性与功效的数据记载,利用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则算法,从单味药层面,得到各功效所对应的药性组合,获得相同功效的药味在药性组合层面的共性规律.基于已知的经验知识,对上述共性规律进行分析验证.此研究以"功效-药性组合"为主线开展中药药性、功效系统性研究,全面阐述中药药性、功效的关联性,对解析中药方剂的药性组合配伍特征具有重要意义.
