| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清胱抑素C在肾小球滤过功能的检测中的临床价值。方法：应用微粒子增强比浊法，分别对50名正常健康人、57例不同肾功能损害患者的血清胱抑素C及血肌酐进行检测。结果：在不同肾功能不全的病人的血清中胱抑素c水平、血肌酐均明显高于正常对照组水平（P〈0．01）。而且血清胱抑素C较血肌酐的升高更明显。结论：胱抑素C的检测对肾小球滤过功能有较大的辅助诊断意义。
