产时保健新模式--责任制助产的可行性研究

目的：为了改进产科服务模式，提高产时保健服务质量，我们于1999－2000年在中山市妇幼保健院和深圳市妇儿医院进行了产时保健新模式－－责任制助产的可行性研究。方法：采用同期对照和历史对照研究的方法，将产妇分为责任制助产组和传统助产组。比较两组同期和不同历史时期的第一、第二产程时间，异常产程情况，产科并发症，阴道手术产、产伤发生情况，新生儿窒息率，工作时间效率，产妇满意度，结果：以上指标责任制组成优于传统组，结论：责任制助产既可以提高产科服务质量，又可以提高工作效率，加强医院定量管理，是一种可行的服务模式。

New Mode of Delivery-feasibility Study of Responsibility Midwifery

OBJECTIVE In order to improve mode of obstetrical serve, raise service standard of delivery, we carried out feasibility study of responsibility midwifery in Shengzhen women and child hospital and Zhongshan women and children health hospital between 1999 -2000. METHOD Adopt case - control and history case - control study, divided delivery women into responsibility midwifery group and traditional midwifery group. Compare two groups of the same period and different history for time of first stage of labor and placenta! stage, natatocia,obstetrics complications and vagina operation midwifery and incident of wound induced delivery and neonatus suffocation rate, working time efficiency and lying - in woman satisfactory degree. RESULT Above quality indexes of responsibility midwifery group was better than ones of traditional midwifery group. CONCLUSIONS Responsibility midwifery can raise obstetrics service quality.lt can also raise working efficiency, strengthen hospital quantitative management.lt is a kind of feasible service pattern.
