益气化瘀方及其拆方对脑梗死大鼠脑组织微血管密度的影响

摘    要:目的观察益气化瘀方及其拆方对脑梗死大鼠脑组织微血管密度(MVD)的影响。方法动物造模分组,并给予相应治疗,采用免疫组化法检测大鼠脑组织CD31蛋白表达情况。结果各治疗组与空白对照组和假手术组比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);益气组与化瘀组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀方及其拆方均有促进脑梗死大鼠脑组织半暗带区新血管形成的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of the therapy of supplementing Qi and resolving stasis and its separated therapies on micrangium density of brain-infarction-suffering mice(MVD).Method: The model mice are divided into different groups with relevant treatment and immunohistochemical method is adapted to examine the protein expression of CD31 of rats' brain tissues.Conclusions: There exists very significant difference between the treatment groups and control group and the operation group.(p<0.01,p<0.05);there exists significant difference between the group of supplementing Qi and the group of resolving stasis(p<0.05).Conclusions: The therapy of supplementing Qi and resolving stasis and its separated therapies all have the function of improving the new vessels formation of half dark band area of the brain tissues of the brain-infarction-suffering mice.
