| 摘 要： | 对陈沂所著《陈素庵妇科补解》中月经病的诊疗特点进行了分析,认为其对月经病的论述从病因病机到治则治法和处方用药都有独到之处。分析其特点有四:经水不调,当辨三因;调经之法在于“通”和“补”;调经以行气为先,用药忌大寒大热;重视药物炮制,止血善用秦艽。

| Abstract: | Characteristics of treatment on emmeniopathy in review of gynaecology by Chen Su-an were analyzed.They are: ① emmeniopathy was caused by three kinds of etiological factors,② promoting method and replenishing method were important therapies to treat the disease,③ regulation of Qi is the most important method,both serious "cold" and "hot" herbs should be avoided,④ processed Chinese herbs were used during the treatment,gentiana macrophylla was an effective herb to stop bleeding.Both pathogeny and treatment in this book were unique. |
