| 摘 要： | 经腰3～5段硬膜外碘水造影诊断椎管内病变具有独特的优点。我院自1986年10月～1990年4月采用经腰3～5段直接注入造影剂检查125例临床不能确诊的腰腿痛患者。通过造影剂在硬膜外腔内不同的特殊表现可充分鉴别椎管内疾病,如椎问盘突出,椎管狭窄,椎管肿瘤,黄韧带肥厚等。造影成功率为100％,50例经手术证实,造影诊断准确率为98％,CT(计算机断层扫描)准确率为83.3％。

| Abstract: | 125 cases of different spinal canal lesions had been diagnostically confirmed by extradural radiography of lumbar segment since 1986-1990 in our hospital. The unique signs of varied lesions may be differentially detected, such as disc herniation, spinal canal stenosis, spinal canal tumor and pachynsis of flaval ligment. 50 of the 125 cases were identified by operation. This method is easy to handle and. proved useful for diagnosis. |
