摘    要:本文观察了绞股蓝总甙(gypenoside,Gyp)对大鼠高脂血症(hyperlipidemia,HPL)的影响。结果显示:Gyp(150mg/kg·d)显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)水平,提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)浓度;使肝脏,主动脉壁TC含量下降。实验还发现Gyp能降低HPL大鼠血和肝脏过氧化脂质(lipidperoxides,LPO)水平,提高超氧化物歧化酶(su-peroxidedismutase,SOD)活性。提示:Gyp具有降脂保肝,预防动脉硬化形成的作用,此作用可能与Gyp减少过氧化脂质对肝细胞和动脉内皮细胞的损害有关。

Abstract:After the rats with hyperlipidemia were orally treated with the gypenoside(150mg/kg·d)for 12 weaks the blood levels of TC and TG were significantly decreased,and the con-centration of HDL was greatly increased.The contents of TC in the rats liver and aortic wall werealso significantly decreased.It was also found that the concentration of LPO in serums and liversof the rats with hyperlipidemia was markedly reduced by gypenoside,but the activity of SOD waselevated.From results obtained,it is suggested gypenoside possessed the therapeutic on hyperlipi-demia together with hepaticdernage and atherosclerosis.
