小儿呼吸道异物误诊临床分析

目的:探讨小儿呼吸道异物临床误诊原因。方法:回顾性分析贵阳医学院附属医院耳鼻咽喉科2004年1月至2007年3月52例6个月～8岁呼吸道异物误诊患儿的临床资料。结果:误诊原因主要是病史不明确、检查不仔细、X线检查阴性及对该病认识不足。结论:支气管镜检术是诊断和治疗呼吸道异物的有效方法。明确小儿呼吸道异物误诊误治的危害性,提高对小儿呼吸道疾病的诊断水平。对长期反复发作的气管炎、肺炎儿童,需警惕呼吸道异物的可能,应行支气管镜检术。

The Clinical Analysis of Misdiagnosis for Foreign Bodies in Respiratory Tract in Children

Objective To explore the clinical reasons of misdiagnosis caused by foreign bodies in respiratory tract in chil- dren.Methods To analyze the restrospective data of 52 cases aged 6 months to 8 years old on misdiagnosis and erroneous treatment of foreign bodies in respiratory tract,which were collected from department of otolaryngology in the affiliated hospital of guiyang medical college from January 2004 to March 2007.Results Not acquiring or ignoring the thorough history,the neg- ative outcome of physical examination and radiography and not realizing the disease enough were the major reasons of clinical misdiagnosis.Conclusion Broncboscopy is an effective way for diagnosing and treating the foreign bodies in respiratory tract. To realize the hazard of the misdiagnosis and erronous treatment caused by foreign bodies in respiratory tract and enchance the diagnosis level of respiratory disease in children.For those children who suffered from chronically bronchitis and pneumonia recurrently,we should be think of the probability of foreign bodies and should have bronchoscopy timely.
