摘    要:本文通过四类不同化学诱导物:5-氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷fluorodeoxyuridine(FUDR),aphidicolin(APD),咖啡因caffeine以及丝烈霉素Cmitomycinc(MMC)按照正交设计对正常人外周血进行染色体畸变诱导实验,通过染色体断裂、裂隙以及统计分析表明:四种化学诱导物单独作用于血标本时,均可极显著地诱导染色体畸变;不同组别染色体的畸变效应有别;不同种类诱导物之间有一

EFFECTS OF VARIOUS KINDS OF INDUCERS ON THE HUMANCHROMOSOME
Abstract:The chromosomal aberration were induced in peripheral blood lymphocytes by flu-orodexyuridine(FUDR),aphidicolin(APD), caffeine ,mitomycin C(MMC)in one normalwoman according to the orthogonal design. Statistics of chromosomal breakpoints and gapsindicates that(1)there was a significantly higher frequency of breaks(P<0.01)when eachof the four inducers acted on the periperal blood lymphocytes independently.(2)the expres-sion of chromosomal aberration in defferent groups was divergent.(3)there were interactionsbetween FUDR and caffeine,FUDR and MMC,APD and MMC when those inducers acted to -gether in same blood specimen. The present study also demenstrated that the type of chromo-somal aberration and the inductive machanisms of different inducers.
