| 摘 要： | 目的：比较新型抗精神病药物氯氮平、利培酮、奎的平对精神病病人体重的影响。方法：将40例精神分裂症病人随机分为氯氮平组和利培酮或奎的平组各20例，进行为期6周的临床观察。结果：氯氮平组体重明显增加，平均增重1．63kg。治疗前后经统计学处理，差异有显性(P＜0．05)。利培酮或奎的平组体重虽有增加趋势，但治疗前后差异无显性(P＞0．05)。结论：氯氮平易导致病人的体重增加，利培酮奎的平对体重影响较轻，临床医师应予以关注。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare cl ozapine and Risperidone or guetiap ine influence on body weight of sc hizophrenic patients Methods:40 ca ses of schizophrenic patients were assigned randomly average to cloza pine ond Risperidone or quetiapine treatment for 6 weeks Results:the clozapine's group gained body weig ht obviously after treatment avera ge gain weight was 1 63kg there was significan difference in the cloza pine's group However Risperidone o r quetiapine's group tends to incr ease the body weight but there was no significant difference,after tre atment Conclusions:clozapine leads to gain weight easily Risperidone or quetiapine has a less influence on body weight than clozapine the clinical doctors should pay attent ion to gain weight side effect on schizophrenic patients after treat ment |
